Terence Chang – managing director

As the founder and managing director of Alpha Salmon, Terence has successfully led Alpha Salmon and managed its growth for the past 8.5 years.
With many technology credentials under his belt, Terence has delivered successful digital solutions to clients and partners in various industry sectors.
Prior to founding Alpha Salmon, Terence worked for Computer Associates as a Technical Manager on a number of corporate and government intranet/extranet initiatives. He has also worked on projects in the media, finance and insurance industries. Terence has a unique blend of skills combining his e-business experience in network infrastructure and a strong grasp of web application technologies.
Adding 10 years of portfolio covering global brands, marketing integration and enterprise services, Terence shows his passion in delivering innovative yet practical applications in the digital media industry.

Kelvin Chang – business relations director

Kelvin Chang has been specialising in and providing digital strategies and solutions in the industry for both government and enterprise clients for over 10 years. Some key account relationships that Kelvin has developed include Vodafone Australia, Commonwealth Bank and Coastal Watch contributing both technical and innovation idea generation.
Previously serving as UUNet's Sales manager and Davnet's Account Director, Kelvin is the driving force behind Alpha Salmon's new business acquisitions.
In his current role as Business Relations Director, Kelvin manages new business development activities - from digital strategy consultancy, to sales and client services.
Kelvin obtained double degrees in Marketing and Asian Studies from Curtin University of Technology, which enhances his understanding of marketing and consumer behaviours.

Mike Boyd – sales & strategy director

Mike brings to Alpha Salmon a rare blend of ecommerce and digital marketing experience from both client and agency fulfillment.
His digital career began back in 2000 when he left Zenithmedia to join Tribal DDB as Media Manager. Following the tech-wreck in 2000, Mike shifted focus to account management where he delivered a number of award winning digital solutions for clients such as Volkswagen and Tabcorp. The accolades included:
- Gold at the Montreux Advertising Festival
- Cannes CyberLion finalist
- ADMA Silver Award
- New York Advertising Festival finalist
- B&T and AdNews Agency of the back to back 2004 -2005
In late 2005 Mike joined Tabcorp as the Internet Channel Manager where he developed and executed strategies doubling online sales to $1.3bn in 3 years. In addition to the internet, Mike oversaw the development of mobile, live data, and DRM streaming video distribution platforms.
In addition to Mike’s significant expertise in extremely high volume transactional environments, he brings a wealth of experience in CRM and Help Centre platforms such as
Responsys and
RightNow.
Mike joined Alpha Salmon as Sales & Strategy Director, where his expertise has been offered to our clients to derive strategic outcomes and optimisation in clients various business streams.
